Jeanette Meyer, Owner and Artistic Director
Ms. Meyer is a former professional dancer with the Arizona Ballet. In her youth she studied ballet in the Cleveland and Akron areas and was chosen at the age of 10 to perform with the New York City Ballet in "A Midsummer Night's Dream" at the Blossom Music Center. She studied classical ballet in New York City and received dance scholarships from the American Ballet Theatre and the Ford Foundation. Ms. Meyer took classes from the faculty of ABT and dance notables such as Heinz Poll ,Joe Tremaine and Suki Schorer,and Fairmount Center .After retiring from her professional dance career she moved back to Ohio, married and had two daughters. She opened DANCE in 1999.
Marisa Finomore
Ms. Finomore has danced since the age of two and has a well rounded dance background, which includes ballet, tap, hip hop, jazz, lyrical and modern. She was a member of the competition dance classes at Spotlight Dance Studio and after high school, studied in California at a performing arts school on scholarship. She has taught Hip Hop and Jazz for several years at DANCE and her high-energy classes are very popular.
